Recently, an applicant to a BackCheck client claimed to have a Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree from the University of Calgary. BackCheck determined that there is no record of her on file with the University of Calgary, and the program did not even exist at the time the applicant claimed to have attended.

Furthermore, the same applicant also claimed to be a CGA. It should be no surprise then that the applicant lied about that as well, and had only graduated from High School.
